Potter's a Phony - I'm the real Chosen One

SOOOOOOOOOOOO

I broke curfew last night.
And I saw Harry Potter 6.
And I don't feel an ounce bad about it.

Woo! and of course I dressed up - SLYTHERIN of course!! muhahaha! The movie was excellent - could have included more of the ending though, that'd been nice. But overall really good. It just occurred to me - I won't be able to go to the premieres of either of the next two films; I'll be on a mission. This was my last midnight showing. Depressing.

Why? Because I'm pretty sure I went to the midnight releases of just about all of the HP stuff - books and movies alike. I finally just got my tie too! Darn. I really do want a wand still though. I can't decide which one! haha. But yea so it's kinda sad. Harry Potter has kept on coming in one form or another most of my life - the first book in late elementary-early intermediate I think? And I always got a kick that I was the same age starting out as the characters in the book - and still am the same age as the actors! Weird. It's kind of cool to see how the movies have progressed and how the kids have changed when growing up and stuff. Sad day that I won't be here at the end. Ahh, well at least I had my fun!! And the 8th movie will still be in theaters so its not like I miss both of them on the big screen.

Anyways. I wore my costume to school today as well, and a Hufflepuff on campus challenged me to a duel. I won. muhahahah

My favorite cousin of all time is now ENGAGED!! :D
Congratulations Stephen, my dear! He is engaged to Ruth Avellaneda Gormaz - from his mission in Argentina. They are so cute and from what I've learned of her she is just right for him. We have chatted on facebook - with my very VERY awful, broken Spanish - a few times and I think we'll be pretty chill. I need to learn Spanish now, cuz she doesn't know much English. She is a surgical instrumentologist and nurse and she is 25. She looks like she is about the same size as me, though skinnier of course haha. They will be married whenever she is able to finally get into the United States - Stephen guesses probably February of next year! We'll see.
I feel like a horrid person because this semester has probably been my favorite and I've had pretty much the best roommates, with maybe one exception... AND I DIDN'T TAKE HARDLY ANY PICTURES!!!
How lame! I am so disappointed in myself. Anyways we do have a good apartment atmosphere, and Erica (the one I'm holding in the picture below) and I are going apartment hunting this saturday cuz we're planning on living together next year.

Recently me & Steph had a photoshoot of our own cuz we were super bored.

And it was random.....

And LOOK we both did handstands!! I'm so proud

In other friend news, INGA IS GETTING MARRIED IN 22 DAYS!! OMG!! hahah I'm so stoked! This is what here hair is going to look like:

I don't know if I'm more excited for the wedding or for staying at her house and chilling with her family for the week preceding. Though I doubt there will be hardly any chilling; we're going to be setting up the yard and planning like crazy! Though most of it is pretty set.

I really love Inga's fam - esp her sisters and their kids! She has 9 nieces and nephews, 7 of which I have met; Grant, Evan, Gracie, Eva (LIKE IN WALLE!! hahah I don't think thats what they were going for though..), Ethan, Cambria, and this little cutie, Justine, right here:
It's kind of her bashful face, this is all they could get when they told her to smile cuz she kept on being silly! I can't wait to spend some more time with these kiddos and her mum for awhile preceding my 5 month long separation from everything.

Having fun at the mall:

What the mannequin...? One of the weirdest positions ever, in our opinion hahaha

I saw this while at the mall and I thought madeline might think it was cute so I took a picture.

I got my dress for Inga's wedding when I went shopping with my lovely grandmother. I know I told you I'd post pictures, Mom, but I think you can wait a little bit longer :) I'll show you when I get the good pictures!

Also--- I found these at the Disney Store!! I want to get the whole collection; starting with the princes of course. These two are just the key ones. They didn't capture Eric's face correctly but I still love him. I thought Maddie would adore the Aladdin doll.... uh oh what have I done! Sorry mom she's probably going to beg for one now!! :)

Later that 4th of July weekend I went camping again - but just overnight pretty much. It was weird not having the O'Bryants and Suzy and Phil's girls there, but I got to spend time this kiddo!:

Jumping off a "HUUUUGE ROCK!" Reminds me of Stewart's Look what I can do! almost haha

Momma's boy - he didn't really want to take pictures though hahah I think this is the only one we got of him looking at the camera

I went fishing with Phil and his bro and nephews. We were in a boat - I definitely prefer that to casting! - and I caught 3 fish! We caught 9 total on that particular boatride, but only kept three of the big ones. Guess what? I gutted em too! Boo yah Father, you never thought I could/would do that! hahaha. I like it though. It was beautiful at that campground. Camping up north is amazing...

What.. a goofball:

Only picture we got of the two of us on this trip.... side note: I need braces. And lasic surgery.

Well I guess its back to school and stuff - well.. bed at the moment. Tomorrow I go to Adv Writing, the Temple, and then to religion class, then I'm done for the day cuz my other one got cancelled. Well, actually it is just a party day and I don't feel like walking across campus just to go to an awards ceremony with food I probably wouldn't like anyways.

I finally checked my midterms - although that's way overdue and my grades have probably changed since the addition of my religion block class. They were all A's last I checked. We'll see how we turn out... I really can't say for most of them, though I hope for the best. I have only one final, and it is more of a quiz. Plus it is open book. All my major assignments were due earlier so I have none of those left. Just busywork pretty much. And a presentation. But that's all. Everyone else is stressing out but I think it was definite wisdom in my teachers to push due dates earlier.

After the semester ends I have no idea what to do for that first week, the 24th-31st. I want to spend it with family but I don't know where. I want to pay Jake & Ali a visit but I don't know whats going on with their schedules, plus I'd have to find a ride down to Grandma's later in the week. I guess I'll figure it out later. It's not like I can do anything about it at this hour anyways.

Well I'm done blabbing... ciao loves!!

Do you feel small right now? Cuz I do. haha.
